Shipping frozen batter

Where do you ship?

We ship to all lower 48 US States.

What is the cost to ship?

Orders over $100 ship FREE ($20 charge if your location requires a second day air shipment).

Orders over $200 ship FREE for a second day air shipment.

Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping fee of $20. There may be an added $20 charge if your location requires a second day air shipment.

How do you ship frozen product?

Our shipments are 1-2 ship days and are shipped in an insulated package with dry ice so that your batches arrive to you safely.

Take caution when opening your package due to dry ice and use gloves if dry ice is still present. The dry ice may evaporate before you open and if so, that's great as it did it's job!

Your batter may begin to thaw slightly, but that okay and totally normal. You can store partially thawed bathes in the freezer until you are ready to use.

If for some reason your package was delayed or something went wrong, please make sure to purchase shipping protection at checkout. That way it is covered, and we can send you a brand-new shipment. Just send an email to hello@batchbalanced.com

How long does my shipment take to arrive?

We ship orders every Monday with a 1-2 day shipping window. You will be notified and can track your shipment. You can expect your shipment on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Do I need to be home when shipment arrives?

No, UPS will leave the package without signature. Because your batter is frozen it is important batches get moved into a freezer/refrigeration soon after arrival.

Ordering

What if I need to order more?

We get it, sometimes you forget to add batches or a silicone muffin pan to your order! If you ever place extra orders for the same shipping window please email hello@batchbalanced.com for a refund on the duplicate shipping fee.

Do you have local delivery?

We are an Iowa based company so we offer local delivery to the Des Moines Metro and Quad Cities. If you are in these areas, shop our local site HERE.
